The technician Loren is a total professional who is able to explain complicated systems in a way that I can understand . He made me feel confident in my system after a minor glitch with the power caused my air conditioning system to reboot . It was 104 degrees outside and I got very upset cause I didn’t understand what my system was doing during the reboot process. He responded right away, came to my home and made me feel better , by explaining that I had nothing to worry about , everything worked the way it was supposed to. THANK YOU Loren !
